Warranty & Returns

If a Clerk Station is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid for the station — whether you bought as a consumer or a business, and without giving a reason.

• Tell us at info@finqup.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Return it complete, in its original packaging, without damage beyond normal use, and factory reset so none of your data is on it.
• Return shipping is at your cost unless the station is faulty or not as described, in which case we pay it.
• We refund within 14 days of receiving the station back.

The guarantee covers standard station builds. Enterprise deployments, custom model fine-tunes and integration work are scoped and covered in their own agreement.

Every station is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from delivery. We will repair it, replace the faulty part, or replace the machine, and we cover the shipping for valid claims. Business customers with an enterprise agreement are covered by the terms in that agreement.

The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, liquids, unauthorised modification or repairs, operating outside the stated power and environmental conditions, or normal wear of cosmetic surfaces.

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you also have a legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery under EU and Bulgarian consumer law. Our warranty is in addition to, and never reduces, those rights.

• Email info@finqup.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
• We diagnose first by phone or video. We only access the station remotely if you allow it for that session.
• If the station must come back to us, we arrange and pay for collection. Back up your data first; we do not need access to it.
• Where your organisation cannot release its storage, tell us: wherever feasible we will repair or replace the machine while the drive stays with you.

If you are a consumer buying at a distance in the EU, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by telling us at info@finqup.com. We refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the station back or proof that it has been sent. How the return is shipped and who pays for it is stated in your order confirmation.

The station must be returned complete and without damage beyond what was needed to check it. Stations built to an individual specification you requested outside our standard configurations may be excluded where the law allows; we will tell you before you order if that applies.

Statutory withdrawal rights do not apply to business purchases, but the 30-day return guarantee above does. Other returns are by agreement and set out in your order confirmation.

Clerk OS keeps working on your station regardless of warranty status. Updates are offered to you and installed only when you choose.
