1. Corporate Profile & Governance

This platform, the Office Clerk ecosystem, and all associated CARE OS services are operated and governed by:

• FinqUP Technology AD — Located in Sofia, Bulgaria (EU Operations, Data Controller).
• FinqUP Technology DOO — Located in Kavadarci, North Macedonia (Research & Regional Development Center).

Our data processing infrastructure complies strictly with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and regional security mandates.

2. Information Security & ISO 27001 Compliance

FinqUP operates under an Information Security Management System (ISMS) certified to ISO/IEC 27001 standards. This certification guarantees strict administrative and technical controls governing data access, isolation, threat protection, and encryption.

3. Scope of Data Processing for Agent Integrations

The Office Clerk operates as an integrated central agent with capabilities including mailbox syncing, document editing, and calendar tracking. Data collection and processing are restricted to the following scopes:

• Mailbox Syncing (IMAP/SMTP): When connecting a corporate mailbox, emails, metadata, and attachments are processed to build a localized search vector index. Outgoing drafts and messages are sent strictly on user initiation; no automatic sending occurs without user commands.
• Storage & Document Analytics: Documents parsed from emails, Google Drive syncs, or manual uploads (including PDF, PPTX, and spreadsheet formulas) are indexed using our private Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline. No document contents are permanently stored on third-party cloud infrastructure.
• Calendar Synchronization: Scoped calendar access is used exclusively to parse scheduling conflicts, manage meeting lists, and set up calendar events under multi-agent orchestration.

4. Zero Public Model Training

All customer inputs, uploaded files, financial transactions, database records, and chat transcripts are strictly partitioned per organization. FinqUP guarantees that no customer data is ever used to train public models, foundation models, or external AI APIs.

5. Technical Safety & Confirmation Modes

Users have control over agent execution. While operating in Ask Mode, the system guarantees that no tool execution (such as sending an email or updating an Excel formula) will occur without explicit, step-by-step human confirmation, providing full operational oversight.

6. Terms & Acceptable Use

By creating a workspace (including the Clerk-Free trial), you agree that you are accessing the services on behalf of a business entity. Reverse engineering weights, hacking local hardware sandboxes, or exploiting rate limits is strictly prohibited. Output generated by the RTLLM is owned by the user, and users remain legally responsible for validating AI execution in regulated workflows.
