Open-Source Notices

Clerk Station uses open-source components, including the operating system, inference engines, and open-weight AI models that we retrain, fine-tune and optimise for Clerk OS. Each keeps its own licence, and nothing in our terms restricts the rights those licences give you.

Every AI model we ship on a station is released under a permissive open-source licence, such as MIT or Apache 2.0, that allows commercial use. We do not ship models under research-only or non-commercial licences.

The complete list of open-source components and models on a station, with their licence texts and required notices, ships on every station and is available in Clerk OS. You can also request it at any time from info@finqup.com.

Where a licence entitles you to the source code of a component, we will provide it on request for at least three years after we last ship that version.
