Security

• Models, apps and agents run on the machine; nothing is sent to an AI service to be processed.
• No licence server, activation check or remote kill switch.
• No remote access by default. Support sessions happen only when you open them.
• Updates are offered, never forced, and can be installed offline.
• Role management controls which people and which agents can see and do what.

If you believe you have found a security issue in finqup.com, a hosted workspace or Clerk OS, email info@finqup.com with “Security” in the subject, and include enough detail for us to reproduce it.

• We acknowledge reports within 3 working days and keep you informed until the issue is resolved.
• Please give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it.
• Do not access, change or delete other people’s data, degrade our services, or use social engineering or physical attacks.
• We will not take legal action against research carried out in good faith within these rules.
