1. Acceptance of Institutional Terms

By accessing the FinqUP platform and utilizing CARE OS, your institution agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the deployment of our agentic automation tools and the use of the Regulatory Tuned LLM within your operational environment.

2. Licensing & Deployment

FinqUP grants a non-exclusive license for the deployment of CARE OS layers. Deployment is subject to the completion of the Discovery Phase and adherence to the 70/30 Customization Model. Institutions are responsible for the internal policies that anchor the AI's decision-making frameworks.

3. Regulatory Compliance Guarantee

FinqUP provides the technical infrastructure (The Sentinel) to facilitate compliance. While our models are trained on 800k+ regulatory points, final institutional oversight remains the responsibility of the entity. CARE OS serves as the "Compliance Shield" but does not replace the ultimate authority of your board and legal department.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, models (including RTLLM), and architectural designs are the property of FinqUP. Customizations developed during the 30% specialized integration phase are subject to specific licensing agreements between FinqUP and the institution.
